About Us

More Than
Former Players

The NFLPA Former Players Charlotte Chapter is a community of men who shared the brotherhood of professional football — and now channel that same competitive drive into life after sport.

We exist to serve our members through connection, advocacy, and access to resources. Whether navigating career transitions, financial planning, or health and wellness, we walk alongside each other in every chapter of life.

The Carolinas region is home to a growing community of former NFL players. Our chapter is the connective tissue — bringing together diverse backgrounds and experiences under a common identity that transcends the game.

Active players are welcome here too. Everyone will be a former player one day — and the connections built now are the foundation for a smooth, supported transition when the game ends.

Growth
We are committed to expanding active membership and engagement across the Carolinas — with a goal of becoming a top 5 chapter nationally in participation and presence.
Impact
Meaningful service is at the core of who we are. Through strategic partnerships and community initiatives, we are deepening our roots and our reach across Charlotte.
Brotherhood
The bond forged on the field doesn't have to end with the game. Brotherhood restores the camaraderie players carry for life — and it's the heart of everything we build together.
